Hey guys! Guess what, I was down with fever last week, and had to miss a few lectures because of that. Now that our final exams are due next week I really need some help in topics like how to solve a quadratic equation flow chart and few other topics like function range, simplifying fractions and algebra formulas. I was thinking on hiring some private tutor but then my limited budget meant that I couldn’t do so. I really need some immediate help in those topics, else I might perform really badly in my final exams. Can anyone give some advice? I need some help, and I need it FAST!

You seem to be more freaked out than confused. First you need to control your self. Do not panic. Sit back, relax and look at the books with a clear mind. They will seem tough if you think they are hard . how to solve a quadratic equation flow chart can be easily understood and you can solve almost every equation with the help of Algebrator. So relax.

I agree , a good software can do miracles . I used a few but Algebrator is the best . It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in Basic Math and Algebra 1 as well , so you don't have to worry that it's not on your level. If you never used a software until now I can assure you it's very easy , you don't have to know anything about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the software solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.

Is it really that helpful? I’m concerned because it might not really help because it only answers the problem per ?e. I like to learn how a problem is solved and not only find out the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this software?

You should click on http://www.sofsource.com/exponents.html. Your algebra will improve in a short time, you shall see! All the best!

I remember having problems with y-intercept, hypotenuse-leg similarity and y-intercept. Algebrator is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
